HIGHLIGHTS
Commercial General
Liability (CGL) and/or Contractors Pollution Liability
(CPL) for risks primarily involved in water extraction, emergency
response contracting, mold remediation and other similar categories.
For contractors primarily involved in reconstruction/restoration
work we can only consider Monoline Contractors Pollution Liability
(no CGL) and will require proof of separate CGL with an A rated
Carrier.

STANDARD LIMITS:
Base limits are
$1,000,000 per occurrence with a $1,000,000 policy aggregate (lower
limits also available) Higher limits can be considered MINIMUM DEDUCTIBLE:
Deductibles start at
$2,500 for CGL and $5,000 for CPL
MINIMUM PREMIUM:
Starting at $4,000 for CPL
and $6,000 for CGL/CPL
SECURITY: A- Excellent

The minimum premium is the base for the smallest eligible risk. Taxes
and fees are in addition to premium.
Security, minimum premiums and coverage features will vary depending on
exposures and risk location. Prior Acts coverage requires proof of
comparable continuous claims made coverage and is subject to
underwriting approval. Some risks may be offered limited retroactive
coverage or in some cases no retroactive coverage. CGL coverage is not
available for risks with significant construction exposures. All quotes
are subject to current underwriting guidelines which are subject to
